• Battery replacement – Vintage Rolex Oyster quartz models require periodic battery replacement, typically every 2-3 years, to maintain proper timekeeping. Our expert watchmakers will open the case back, remove the old battery, inspect the movement, and install a new battery.
• Dial Restoration and Repair – We can restore faded, damaged, or patina-rich dials on vintage Rolex watches. This may involve gentle cleaning, touch-up painting, or complete refinishing. Luminous material on dials and hands can also be restored through a process known as reluming.
• Bracelet and Strap Repair or Replacement – We will inspect the bracelet or strap and repair as needed by replacing spring bars, pins, adjusting sizing, or refinishing surfaces. Alternatively, we can advise you about fitting your vintage Rolex with a new, period-correct bracelet or strap.
• Full Rolex Watch Servicing – A full service includes a complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of all watch components. The movement is inspected and worn parts are replaced as needed. The watch is re-assembled, lubricated, timed, and pressure tested. Full servicing is recommended every 4-5 years on most watches.
• Restoration of Rolex Case and/or Bracelet – Our case and bracelet restoration services include polishing, brushing, and refinishing to restore shine and remove scratches and marks while preserving lines and edges.
• Glass Replacement – We can replace scratched, cracked, or broken acrylic, mineral, or sapphire crystals with new authentic Rolex glass.

Your Rolex watch is insured for up to £20,000 throughout its postal journey, from the moment the package leaves your hand to when it is posted back to you. Before we commence any work, we will discuss any repairs and costs with you first.

Booking In – When we receive your Rolex watch it is photographed and logged onto our specialised watch repairs computer system

Assessment – Our Master Watchmaker will carefully examine your watch before putting together an estimate for the necessary repair works. We will email or call you to discuss the details. No work will be conducted without you giving us the green light to proceed.

Repair – Once the estimate is proceeded we will complete the required repairs

Return – All completed servicing work comes with a 12 month guarantee. You can collect your watch for our store in Lewes or Uckfield, or we will arrange fully insured return postage to you
